Hi I'm Craig!
At the age of 19 I sustained a spinal cord injury from a car accident. I was not only able to survive that accident I've been able to thrive by creating a positive mindset and seeking out alternative healing practices.
I have many years of training in energy work and connecting spiritually. I've been blessed to have some amazing mentors that have come into my life to help guide me along my journey.
I've Recently received my formal Life Coach training CPC and ELI-MP through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). It was an amazing life changing journey.
I'm looking forward to sharing my experience and knowledge. I've also been trained in rhythm and sound healing including drum circles and sound baths. Energy techniques including Reiki and mediation.
I specialize in helping people achieve their goals by identifying the limiting beliefs and assumptions that are holding them back from manifesting those goals.
My coaching takes a holistic approach and I like to work with clients that are willing to take a "leap of faith" into identifying the limiting beliefs and assumptions that are holding them back from achieving a sense of balance and happiness in their life.
I really enjoy partnering with my clients and helping them to create the energy they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.
